Scott Scurich is the Founder and Managing Partner of Arsenal Real Estate Advisors, LLC, a boutique advisory firm specializing in national net lease investment sales. With over $5 billion in completed transactions across all asset types, Scott brings deep expertise in sale-leaseback strategies, developer dispositions, 1031 exchanges, and depreciation-driven acquisitions for institutional clients, private equity firms, developers, and high-net-worth individuals.
Before launching Arsenal, Scott co-founded B+E Net Lease, where he built a national team of brokers across seven offices, helping shape the firm into a digital pioneer in the net lease sector. He previously served as a Managing Director at Ten-X, where he played a key role in launching the firm’s net lease platform. Earlier, he was a partner on the top-producing net lease team in the Northeast at Stan Johnson Company (now Northmarq). He began his career at Cushman & Wakefield, brokering multifamily deals across the Southeast.
Scott has completed transactions with over 100 different tenants spanning the retail, industrial, office, and medical sectors. Some of his notable deals include the $324 million sale-leaseback of Bass Pro/Cabela’s, a $72 million portfolio of 7-Elevens, a $61 million Boston Scientific facility, a $32 million FedEx facility in Portland, OR, a $24 million UBS office in Greenwich, CT, and a $23 million Tesla sales and service center in Ann Arbor, MI, in addition to more than $300 million in car wash sales. His work has earned him several national awards, reflecting a consistent ability to deliver value through creative, data-driven strategies.
Scott attended The University of Georgia, where he earned a BBA in Real Estate, and remains active in the broader commercial real estate community. He lives in Atlanta with his wife Lauren, daughter Lucy, and golden retrievers Douglas and Jordy.

Hayden Salvas is a Partner at Arsenal Real Estate Advisors, LLC, a boutique advisory firm specializing in national net lease investment sales. With a disciplined, data-driven approach, Hayden advises high-net-worth individuals, family offices, developers, private equity groups, and institutional owners on the acquisition and disposition of single-tenant retail, industrial, healthcare, and office properties across the country.
Prior to launching Arsenal, Hayden was an early member of the team at B+E Net Lease, where he specialized in investment sales, 1031 exchanges, and sale-leaseback strategies. In addition to helping expand the firm’s West Coast presence, he played a key role in the development of B+E’s proprietary tech platform—contributing to the company’s position as an early digital innovator in the net lease space. Over the years, Hayden has executed a wide range of transactions across retail, industrial, office, and healthcare assets, including deals involving tenants such as 7-Eleven, Amazon, Chipotle, Shake Shack, Dollar General, and Tesla. His collaborative approach and deep market insight have made him a trusted advisor to clients across the full spectrum of net lease investment.
He began his career at San Francisco-based Sansome Pacific Properties, a real estate investment and development firm, where he gained early exposure to net lease real estate and the full real estate investment cycle—laying the groundwork for his long-term focus on net lease capital markets.
Hayden earned his degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo. He lives in Newport Beach with his wife, Olivia. Outside of work, you can usually find him playing golf or basketball, enjoying the beach, or spending time on the water.
